On Tuesday, June 18 at approximately 19:00 UTC, NS1 engineers will initiate maintenance on the statistics subsystem, which will last for approximately 5 hours. There will be no impact to DNS delivery. During the maintenance window, users may experience intermittent issues retrieving query statistics via the API and my.nsone.net web portal. API endpoints and portal graphs may report partial or inaccurate query statistics for up to 48 hours after the maintenance period is completed. Identified - Engineers have identified an issue resulting in zone statistics not being displayed in the Portal. Record statistics and DNS Resolution are currently unaffected by this issue and are operating as expected.
