Scheduled - On March 19 starting at 4:00 UTC, NS1 engineers will be performing upgrades on our API subsystem. At the start of the work any active portal sessions will be temporarily logged out. New portal sessions can be created by logging back in again. The work does not impact any other subsystems and the rest of the NS1 platform will continue to function normally for the duration of this maintenance. At no point during the event will DNS delivery be interrupted.

Investigating - Upstream network engineers are performing maintenance on our Amsterdam monitoring node to correct issues affecting IPv6 connectivity. We expect that customer impact will be limited to those using single-node Amsterdam IPv6 monitoring jobs, and not customers monitoring from multiple locations and leveraging the "quorum" or "all" policy. IPv4 connectivity remains unaffected. We will update this status as we progress with this maintenance.
