In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
May 22, 03:00 UTC
Scheduled - Please be advised that NS1 engineers will be conducting maintenance on the China Network on Wednesday May 22nd between 03:00 and 05:00 UTC. During this maintenance window, customers using China Network will see delays in DNS propagation and within the monitoring subsystem (this might cause some monitoring jobs to show outdated statuses). Please note that affected customers shouldn't make any DNS configuration changes during this maintenance. At no point during the event will DNS delivery be interrupted.

Resolved - This incident has been resolved.
May 15, 12:17 UTC
Monitoring - A fix for the data layer transport to the China Network has been implemented and we observe the network stabilized. We will continue to monitor in case of any other disruptions.
May 15, 11:16 UTC
Update - Our engineers have identified an issue causing DNS propagation delays within China DNS Network. This will manifest in the slow appearance of zone updates on the edge of this Network. We are actively working to resolve the issue and we will provide further updates as available.

May 15, 03:01 UTC
Scheduled - Please be advised that NS1 engineers will be conducting maintenance on China DNS Networks, Wednesday May 15th, between 03:00 and 05:00 UTC. During this maintenance window, some users may experience very short periods of slightly higher than normal response times as queries will be answered by our unaffected China facilities. No other impact is expected.

Resolved - Engineers have completed the fix for this issue and monitoring in Singapore is now functioning nominally. Please feel free to contact support@ns1.com for further information.
May 14, 21:33 UTC
Identified - Engineers have identified an issue with the Singapore monitoring node. Some monitoring jobs may return incorrect status. We are currently implementing a fix and will update this status as more information becomes available.
May 14, 21:06 UTC
Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Traffic is flowing normally. DNS latency may be increased while traffic routes around the failed upstream provider. Please feel free to contact support@ns1.com with any questions.
May 14, 20:37 UTC
Monitoring - Engineers have identified the issue as a failed link within one of our upstream providers. Other services in the region are affected as well. We have rerouted traffic away from this provider and we are currently monitoring.
May 14, 18:45 UTC
Investigating - Our engineering team is currently investigating reports of increased latency in South America. We will update this status with more information as it becomes available.
May 14, 18:32 UTC
Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Some statistics and query data were lost during the incident, so graphs may not appear normal for another 24 hours. DNS resolution was not affected by this incident. Please contact support@ns1.com with any questions.
May 14, 20:04 UTC
Monitoring - Our engineers have deployed a fix which should bring the portal statistics back to nominal shortly. We will update as more information becomes available.
May 14, 17:50 UTC
Identified - Engineers have identified an issue which may cause statistics to display incorrectly in the Portal. We are currently working on a solution and will update with more information as it becomes available.

Resolved - This incident has been resolved.
May 11, 11:59 UTC
Update - The data layer transport to the China Network has been fully restored and the network is now in sync. We will continue to monitor for any other disruptions, but expect that this is now resolved.
May 11, 11:58 UTC
Update - The data layer transport to the China Network is still stabilizing. We are actively monitoring and will update the status once the network is back to 100%.
May 11, 01:12 UTC
Monitoring - The data layer transport to the China Network is clearing up. We are monitoring and we will update the status once the network is fully synced.
May 10, 17:45 UTC
Identified - Engineers have identified an issue with data layer transport to the China Network. At this time, zone and record propagation may be delayed. We will update as more information becomes available.
May 10, 15:37 UTC
Investigating - We are currently experiencing propagation delays within China DNS Network. Customers using this Network will see slowed propagation of zone updates on the edge. Engineers are actively working to mitigate this issue and we will update as more information becomes available.
